My name is Anthony Singleton. I was born and am a native of Cleveland, Ohio.  I have worked in many other professions over the years after graduating from college, but my passion has always been kids and the development of young minds for the betterment of our future. The children here at Early Steps Learning Center inspired me to go back and get my Masters. I’ve always thought that if you have a passion for something then you should want to better your knowledge of that subject.

I wholeheartedly believe in the quote “It takes a village to raise a child”. I currently have two daughters who are enrolled in Early Steps Learning Center, and it has always been a blessing that they are able to play and learn in an environment where not only their education is valued, but their Christian faith is embraced as well.

Early Steps has given me the opportunity to experience as a parent the comfort of knowing that ESLC was a place for my daughters to grow and prosper in a safe learning environment. With working at ESLC is not only beneficial to me and my family but it is also a way for me to give back to my community and those who inhabit it. It is an honor to be able to teach and watch over these young individuals and I look forward to continuing their educational journey beside them.

I’m a graduate of John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in English/Writing Intensive. In May of 2021, I received my M.ED in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Teaching and Diversity from Walden University.
