Star Performance Employee Recognition
ESLC runs on the heart, passion, energy and talent of our managers, teachers and staff. We created the Star Performers Program as a way for parents, staff and management to recognize staff members for the big and little things they do! As you can see from the photos below, it didn’t take long for recognition stars to fill the walls of our 3 centers. Over 100 stars were written in appreciation of teachers, cooks, and administrators by the parents.

For fun we thought we would also throw in a few photos of our great staff playing pin-the-nose on Rudolph! Happy Holidays!

Many “WOW’s” could be heard, especially at the site of the massive moving garment lines. Thank you, London Cleaners, for being a great neighbor and partner in learning!
