Star Performance Employee Recognition
ESLC runs on the heart, passion, energy and talent of our managers, teachers and staff. We created the Star Performers Program as a way for parents, staff and management to recognize staff members for the big and little things they do! Over 100 stars were written in appreciation of teachers, cooks, and administrators by the parents.
