General Questions
A: Children from 6 weeks old through 11 years of age.
The Richmond Road Center’s hours are 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Wickliffe location hours 6:30-6:00PM and all closing hours are 6:00PM
A: We understand that parents try their best but some days just can’t get to the Center on time. Our staff will gladly stay with you child until you arrive, however we will need to add a charge to your bill to compensate our staff.
- If you pick up before our Center closes (6:00pm at Chardon Road or Richmond Road) but are over your authorized hours, an hourly charge of between $8-15 per hour (varies by program) will be charged.
- If you pick up after our Center closes (6:00pm at Chardon Road or Richmond Road), a charge of $20 per 15 minutes will be charged.
A: Please contact us to schedule a visit to our Center. We look forward to discussing our programs and services, as well as our enrollment process and costs.
A: Yes. We consider under 25 hours or 2-3 days per week is considered part-time. Our part-time program spots are limited per program.

Parent Involvement
A: Yes! We have an Open Door Policy and parents are encouraged to visit unannounced anytime. We have observation windows for each classroom.
A: Preschool and kindergarten parents receive “Take Home notes every Friday
A: We have 2 parent/teacher conferences a year, in the Spring and Fall.
Programs & Services
A: Yes! Our Center has a shuttle bus that will pick up or drop off your child at his/her school. Visit our Before & After School program page for more information.
A: Each child will be promoted into the next program based on his/her developmental readiness and availability of space. To ensure positive transition from program to program, your child will be gradually introduced to the program by spending a portion of his/her day in the new program. This entire progress will take approximately one week but may vary depending on the child’s ability to adjust to change.
